Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
- Updating of daily and monthly ticket report template
- Setting up ticketing offers and discounts
- Updating partner and delegate complimentary ticket requests
- Assisting with ticketing builds and proofing
- Assisting in creating supplementary reports
- Open up all the Event reports daily and check to see if autoresponders have been sent and if everyone has their tokens.
- Testing email journeys and ensuring all delegates are receiving their tokens.
- Update salesforce with correct data
- Any other tasks as required by this position
