Job Description
Designation: Events & Operations
Responsibilities include:
1. Work closely with the members of the team to collectively produce a successful execution and planning of the accreditation.
2. Work on logistics management and inventory control of all equipment, materials, and any other items
3. Coordinate and manage the set-up of the event on-site, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality execution and planning of the accreditation
4. Work on being a key liaison between client and other 3rd party vendors leading up to the accreditation, ensuring that both client and accreditation requirements are met
5. Work on budgeting and spending wisely & stay within the budget
6. Handle post-event reports
7. Update senior management
