Job Overview
We are looking for an Excel and Data Analytics Expert to lead big data analysis, create dynamic dashboards, and support the business insights team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in advanced Excel functions, data visualization, and analytics. Power BI knowledge is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Analysis & Interpretation
Process, clean, and analyze large datasets using Excel and Power BI.
Perform trend analysis, forecasting, and KPI tracking for business insights.
Identify patterns and generate actionable recommendations from data.
2. Advanced Excel Operations
Expertise in VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Macros, and Power Query.
Create dynamic and interactive dashboards for management reporting.
Use conditional formatting, data validation, and automation techniques.
3. Data Visualization & Reporting
Develop clear and visually engaging reports and presentations using MS PowerPoint.
Summarize key business insights with graphs, charts, and tables.
Integrate Excel reports with Power BI for advanced visualization (preferred).
4. Business Insights & Decision Support
Support teams in understanding complex data and making informed business decisions.
Collaborate with different departments to deliver real-time data insights.
Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills
✅ Expert in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas, Data Modeling).
✅ Data Cleaning & Transformation using Power Query.
✅ Strong Data Analytics and Visualization Skills.
✅ Presentation & Reporting Skills (MS PowerPoint).
✅ Ability to handle & analyze large datasets efficiently.
Preferred Skills
Power BI knowledge is an added advantage.
Experience with SQL or other BI tools is a plus.
Familiarity with automation in Excel (VBA, Macros).
