Job Responsibilities
- Will mostly be working and assisting in the recruitment process
- Screening, shortlisting and initially interviewing the various open vacancies for the clients
- Follow up with the candidates until the vacancy is closed
- Maintain record of the whole process
- Regularly updating the Team leader on all the aspects mentioned above
MBA / Any Graduate

Strong oral and written communication
Should have a positive attitude and the willingness to learn as part of a team

Job Summary:
A Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process—from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees. Working closely with hiring managers and department heads, a Recruiter identifies job requirements, creates job descriptions, attracts potential candidates, screens applicants, schedules interviews, and helps select the best-fit candidates for open positions.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for identifying talent, and a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and tools. A Recruiter plays a key role in building high-performing teams and shaping the organization's workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Understanding Hiring Requirements

Collaborate with hiring managers to determine current and future hiring needs.

Understand the job roles, required skills, experience levels, and cultural fit.

Create or update job descriptions and role expectations.
2. Sourcing Candidates

Post job openings on various platforms including job portals, company website, social media, and internal job boards.

Use databases, LinkedIn, and Boolean search techniques to proactively source candidates.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles.
3. Screening and Shortlisting

Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications, experience, and suitability.

Conduct initial phone or video screenings to evaluate communication skills, motivation, and availability.

Shortlist candidates for interviews and maintain regular communication.
4. Interview Coordination

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and interview panels.

Prepare interviewers with candidate information and evaluation formats.

Gather feedback from interviewers and share it with candidates in a timely and professional manner.
5. Candidate Engagement and Communication

Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Communicate updates, feedback, and decisions professionally.

Address candidate queries regarding the role, organization, and hiring timeline.
6. Selection and Offer Management

Conduct reference checks and background verification where applicable.

Coordinate with HR and management to finalize selection decisions.

Draft and extend offer letters to selected candidates.

Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining date as required.
7. Onboarding Support

Ensure smooth onboarding by coordinating with HR and administration.

Share new hire documentation, welcome kits, and orientation details.

Follow up with new employees until successful joining and transition into the team.
8. Recruitment Reporting and Metrics

Maintain updated records of all candidates, interviews, and hiring outcomes.

Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio.

Present hiring reports and dashboards to management regularly.
