Job Description
A Customer Experience (CX) Executive manages and improves a company's customer interactions, resolving issues, gathering feedback, and implementing strategies to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty. Key responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving complaints, maintaining customer records, collaborating with other teams, and analyzing data to identify areas for service improvement. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and empathy skills to ensure positive experiences across all customer touchpoints.
Core Responsibilities
Customer Interaction:
Responding to customer inquiries and concerns across various channels (phone, email, live chat) in a professional and empathetic manner.
Issue Resolution:
Promptly resolving customer complaints and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing root causes.
Customer Feedback:
Gathering, analyzing, and acting on customer feedback to identify opportunities for service and product improvement.
Record Keeping:
