1.Manage key accounts (Sales & Purchase)
2.Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
3.Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches
4.Establish best practices
5.Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
6.Basic Knowledge about GST & TDS.
7.Cash Management
Requirements and skills
1.Proven work experience as a account executive
2.Excellent communication and negotiation skills
3.Basic knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas)

Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry

Good communication skills – written and verbal
