This is with regards to an opening for the post of Management Associate – Ad Sales at Porbandar

The details of the positions are as under:

• Designation: Management Associate – Ad Sales
• Location: Porbandar
• Line Manager: Manager

Job Purpose:

• Manager & grow the business of unit in value and volume terms through Space Selling

Job Responsibilities:

Achieve revenue / Volume target for with focus on following items :

• Managing and further exploiting the existing market as well as identifying and developing new market for the category.
  
• He should not depend entirely on our channel partners for getting business for our Running & Display Classified and should never hesitate to knock the prospectively clients door to door directly if need arises or when he senses an opportunities.
  
• He should be of analytical nature as this job will need him to go through a lot of data which he should able to read and analysis correctly.
  
• He should be able regularly contribute with out of box ideas and strategies for launching special features / issues on time to time basis.
  
• Channel development and appointment
  

Key Requirements:

• Understanding of his designated market.
  
• He should keep all his seniors abreast with prompt and regular reporting in required formats.
  
• Must understand the importance of working in a cordial and co-operative team environment.
  
• He should be a persuasive in nature of person and should be able to leave an impression and flounce on his clients.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels. 
  
• Ready to go in field for client meeting

Education Required: 

• Any graduates with minimum 1 – 2 year of experience in sales (in any industry)

• MBA freshers are welcomed.
