Job Description
- Basic HR and recruitment activities, onboarding of employees, vendors
- Basic accounting, bookkeeping, invoicing.
- Coordinate with CA to get returns and other filings done.
- Follow-ups with internal teams
- Managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence with vendors and clients
- Coordinate and maintain the calendar including organizing all appointments, meetings, conferences
- Maintain follow-up systems for timely completion of projects/assignments updates on any developments, status reports related to ongoing projects
- Work on ad hoc research projects and ensure timely completion with an eye for detailing
- Organizing Meetings, and events
- Should have a Go-Getter attitude and must be a team player ;)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
