Job Description

  • Executive Administration & Accounts (Female) 1 No.
Job Profile
  • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately.
  • Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders.
  • Make travel arrangements.
  • Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers.
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
  • Also able to handle day to day basic accounts.
Requirement :
  • Arts graduation recent passed out (Fresher) or with max. 1 year of experience. (in order to give an opportunity for the freshers).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Proficiency in English / Knowing Hindi will be an added advantage.
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills.
  • Pleasing personality.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • High level verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
Remuneration :
  • Initial remuneration will be paid Rs.8,000/Per month and based on the performance, will be reviewed in 3 months.
