- Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project
- Ensure targeted collections are met on a daily / monthly basis
- Meet the productivity targets of clients within the stipulated time.
- Ensure that the deliverables to the client adhere to the quality standards.
- Ensure follow up on pending claims.
- Prepare and Maintain status reports in a Medical Billing BPO/ Call Center/ Call Centre
Desired Profile:
- Graduate / Diploma Holder
- Excellent Communication Skills
- 6 Months to 2 ½ Years work experience in calling for collections and insurance follow up in Medical Billing Industry
- Willing to Work in Night Shifts
