Job Description

Preparing presentations, monitoring the all departments & their processes.
Responsibility includes secretarial as well as act as a liaison between the internal and external managers,
Preparing monthly/weekly report of all departments.
Handling vendors & managing the office administration, like feedback etc
Arranging of meetings and drafting of meeting points.
Monitor all inputs and outputs of CEO’s Office.
Acting as bridge between CEO & all employee.
Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients, Handle requests and queries appropriately.
Coordination with various team heads and delegate work on behalf of CEO and take routine follow ups from them and report to CEO.
Starting new processes for optimization of operational work in company.
Hunting for new operational solution, handling vendors on behalf of CEO.
Arranging corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas; scheduling the corporate jet; booking other transportation; arranging lodging and meeting accommodations

KEY SKILLS WE'RE LOOKING FOR ARE:

Any Graduate
Excellent verbal & written communication
Problem Solving & good in quick learner
Average knowledge in MS Office, Excell
