  • Preparing presentations, monitoring the all departments & their processes.
  • Responsibility includes secretarial as well as act as a liaison between the internal and external   managers,
  • Preparing monthly/weekly report of all departments.
  • Handling vendors & managing the office administration, like feedback etc
  • Arranging of meetings and drafting of meeting points.
  • Monitor all inputs and outputs of CEO’s Office.
  • Acting as bridge between CEO & all employee.
  • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients, Handle requests and queries appropriately.
  • Coordination with various team heads and delegate work on behalf of CEO and take routine follow ups from them and report to CEO.
  • Starting new processes for optimization of operational work in company.
  • Hunting for new operational solution, handling vendors on behalf of CEO.
  • Arranging corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas; scheduling the corporate jet; booking other transportation; arranging lodging and meeting accommodations

  • Any Graduate
  • Excellent verbal & written communication
  • Problem Solving & good in quick learner
  • Average knowledge in MS Office, Excell
