About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Providing administrative assistance such as writing, editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf
2. Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
3. Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
4. Managing the executive's calendar including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
5. Handling the meeting schedule of partner, reminder of tasks, follow up of people reporting to him for periodical tasks
6. Handling the cold calls to new leads and arranging meetings with partners after checking availability
7. Scheduling new lead meeting on Calendly/Zoom/face to face and sending mail invite
8. Making notes for minutes of meeting
