Working closely on day to day activities pertaining to all official and personal matters as well.
Independent correspondence via Mail, letters, phone calls with external and internal customers.
Scheduling of appointment and co-coordinating with all concerned.
Planning & organizing Travel arrangements (personal and official)
Attending all meetings and documenting the minutes of all of them.
Maintaining the Calendar (Date, Time, and Venue); scheduling/rescheduling appointments / meetings.
Assisting and accompanying to all program venues, all meeting venue and business calls within and outside Mumbai limits.
Ensure that various files/ documents are maintained and updated and are sent well before every meeting scheduled/starts.
Knowledge Up gradation, reading, listening to all our Audio-videos and documentation of all leanings.
Attending special customer requests and complaints and responding to them.
