Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- The primary purpose of this role is to support our CEO in a timely and professional manner and should be proactive, meet deadlines, communicate effectively and who can assist him in his day to day official activities.

- Complete task as directed by the CEO
- Manage CEO calendar
- Manage the diaries and schedules.
- Prepare meeting agendas, and take minutes of the meetings.
- Conducts research and prepares presentations or reports as assigned by the CEO.
- Maintaining interdepartmental monthly execution plans, and monitoring its executions.
- Carrying out instructed tasks by CEO which include sourcing, researching various organizational initiatives.
- Keeping a track of work progress, timely reports and MIS generation
- Coordinate business plan meetings and integrate departmental inputs
- Maintains confidentiality and uses a high degree of discretion.
- Any other EA related work assigned by CEO.
