Job Profile:
- Prepare
and communicate the daily planner to the VP
- Communicate
agenda of the meeting
- Prepare
agenda for the meeting
- Draw
minutes of meeting and communicate to the concerned departments
- Take
dictations, arrange travel, visas and accommodation, travel with the VP to
take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance
during presentations.
- Meet
& greet visitors / guest
- Attend
calls and communicate the messages
- Take
follow-up with the concerned departments about the mom.
- Any
other work as and when.
