Job Description
1. Arranging & Schedule Meetings, Conferences, Take minutes during meetings
2. Coordinating Appointments and maintaining Calendar.
3. Preparation of Reports and Presentation.
4. Managing meetings and Office Management.
5. Interdepartmental Co-ordination, Attending calls
6. Coordination for Events.
7. Manage day to day affairs
8 Organizes travel arrangements; anticipates and co-ordinates point-to-point travel and logistics needs.
9. Write reports and prepare executive summaries.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive President or as required.
