- To prepare the agenda and MOM for the meeting
- To Generate the Daily/Weekly/Monthly progress report to facilitate communication and coordination .
- Responsible for VISA related work and arrange/ manage Travel (airline/ hotel booking).
- Organizing Conferences and board meetings, organizing interdepartmental functions etc.
- Manage Calendar viz., blocking appointments, meetings, visits, reminders and schedules .
- To respond to calls and correspondence in the absence of the CTO.
- Writing emails, transcribing notes, copying, and creating spreadsheets or printing documents figure heavily in an executive assistant's day.
