Job Description
Architectural Design Studio is a leading Architecture and Interior Design consultant in Eastern Pune and currently we are looking for a candidate for the post of Executive Assistant.
Work Includes :
Keeping track of Client meetings / appointments / follow-up calls
Coordinating internal team meetings taking minutes, and ensuring follow-ups are actioned
Collaborating with the design and execution teams to ensure project timelines and deliveries are met
Engaging with customers on linkedin / facebook / instagram etc.
Managing email correspondence and prioritizing urgent matters
Other works on internet / intranet as per requirement
Eligibility :
Candidates with BBA degree
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Comfortable with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
Should be a resident of Keshav-Nagar, Kharadi or Manjiri
Skills:
Discretion and Confidentiality: Must handle confidential information with integrity and maintain high levels of discretion and trustworthiness.
Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy in handling data, preparing documents, and managing logistics.
Problem-solving: Ability to make quick decisions, anticipate needs, and resolve issues independently.
Professionalism: Polished appearance, positive attitude, and ability to represent the executive and organization appropriately.
