Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, resourceful, and highly organized Executive Assistant with a proven track record in the cosmetics industry and movie/entertainment production. This role requires a professional who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments and understands the unique rhythm of both product-driven and production-centric businesses.
Key Responsibilities:-
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and executive team across cosmetics and film production ventures

Manage complex calendars, schedules, and appointments, ensuring alignment across time zones and departments

Coordinate meetings, media appearances, investor calls, creative reviews, and on-set production schedules

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Oversee travel arrangements (domestic/international), event planning, and logistics for product launches and film shoots

Liaise with internal teams (marketing, PR, product development, production crews) and external stakeholders (investors, brand collaborators, directors, agencies)

Prepare briefing documents, reports, presentations, and meeting notes

Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups

Manage special projects such as beauty brand collaborations, influencer events, or film festival submissions

Support product launch timelines and production post-schedules through cross-functional coordination

Serve as a cultural ambassador, maintaining professionalism while fostering a creative, fast-moving work environment
