Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Demonstrate proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF software
2. Communicate fluently in English
3. Independently draft letters, notes, and memos
4. Manage calendars, schedule daily appointments, and coordinate in-house meetings
5. Maintain both soft copy and physical files and records
6. Handle correspondence related to legal and property matters
7. Arrange travel tickets, and itineraries, and compile necessary documents
8. Process visas for various countries and manage expense reports
9. Handle forex transactions
10. Utilize shorthand skills for efficient communication (if applicable)
11. Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between management and team members
12. Prepare minutes of meetings and follow up on pending actions with relevant team members
