Job Description
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Screen potential new hires and on-board them
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Get periodic updates from the team
- Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings
- Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Take minutes during meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- You will be reporting to CTO who has more than 22 years experience in technology and is managing multiple successful startups. He lived in US for most part of career and has an MBA from Emory University a top 20 MBA program in USA.
- To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.
- You will learn lot about management by observing the top management activities. This role will help someone who wants to start their own venture in the future.
