Training: May include outstation training for up to 1 month (based on candidate suitability)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, dynamic, and well-organized Executive Assistant to Managing Director (MD) in day-to-day operations and strategic activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good command of the English language, and excellent interpersonal skills.
This role requires someone who can handle confidential information with discretion, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and provide high-level administrative and business support. The position may involve regular travel within and outside the country and may require initial training at an outstation location for up to one month.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:

Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.

Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

Handle phone calls, emails, correspondence, and other communications on behalf of the MD.

Prepare presentations, reports, and documents as required.
Travel Coordination:
-
Plan and coordinate all domestic and international travel for the MD.

Handle travel bookings, visa processing, itineraries, and accommodation arrangements.

Accompany the MD on business trips, meetings, or events when required.
Business Coordination:

Assist in tracking projects, tasks, and follow-ups assigned by the MD.

Liaise with heads of departments to ensure timely submission of reports and updates.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and business associates as per MD’s direction.

Represent the MD professionally in internal and external communications.
Meeting and Event Management:

Organize and attend meetings with the MD; take detailed minutes and ensure follow-up.

Assist in planning company events, board meetings, reviews, or business gatherings.
Confidential Support:

Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times regarding sensitive business matters.

Support the MD in personal or confidential matters as and when required.
Training and Onboarding:

Willingness to undergo up to one month of training at an outstation facility, depending on background and experience.

Learn and understand the company’s operations, structure, and key departments during training.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)

Prior experience in a similar Executive Assistant role preferred, especially in a manufacturing or corporate environment
