We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Executive Business Development to drive the growth of our Hospitality Software Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, online research, and other sources.

Create a pipeline of qualified leads by targeting key decision-makers in relevant industries.

Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and new business opportunities.
2. Client Acquisition
-
Contact prospective clients through calls, emails, social media, or visits to pitch products/services.

Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product presentations tailored to client needs.

Follow up on inquiries and close deals by negotiating terms that align with business goals.
3. Relationship Management
-
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery.

Address client queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
4. Sales Reporting and Analysis
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, contacts, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools or Excel sheets.

Provide regular updates and performance reports to the Business Development Manager.

Track monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and identify gaps or improvement areas.
5. Marketing & Strategy Support

Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales collateral, digital campaigns, and event participation.

Support branding activities such as trade shows, webinars, and product launches.

Suggest new ideas and strategies for market expansion or product positioning.
6. Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with the operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth post-sale engagement.

Share client feedback and insights with product and development teams for improvement.
