Job Role
- Managing all the clients of TalentStack.
- Building engagement with all the clients.
- Co-ordination everything ends to end.
- Being a liaison between the Ops team & clients.
- Making sure all the client requirements are met in a timely manner.
- Making sure the operations team delivers on all the roles.
- Retaining clients.
- Building relations with the clients.
- Creating engagement & excellent rapport with our clients.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a client servicing or customer service role.
- Highly aggressive & street smart.
- Excellent written & verbal communication.
