Tridat Technologies is hiring “Executive - Contact Center Support' for one of the IT based organization focused into payment industry based @ Mumbai !!!
POSITION NAME: Executive - Contact Center Support
DEPARTMENT : Operations
LOCATION: Vikhroli - Mumbai
HIGHEST EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Min. HSC
AREA OF EXPERTISE/ KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
· Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
· Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
· Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
· Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
· Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
· Understanding the functioning of the system.
· Collaborating with other verticals.
OTHER SKILLS:
· Previous experience in a customer support role.
· Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
· Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types. s
COMPETENCIES:
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· Data presentation skills
· Independent and Proactive
YEAR OF EXPERIENCE: Fresher or Experienced
SHIFTS: 24*7 rotational shift
WORKING DAYS: 6 days working (any 2 day offs in 15 days)
PREFERRED LANGUAGE: English, Hindi & Marathi
EMPLOYMENT MODE: Permanent
