Job Description
We are looking for a focused and curious fresher/executive to support data management, process coordination, and reporting. The ideal candidate enjoys working with numbers, exploring workflows, and helping ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:-
Support data entry, cleaning, and reporting for various departments.

Track daily activities, follow up on pending tasks, and assist in process improvement.

Act as a bridge between teams and coordinate to resolve system or workflow issues.

Assist management in preparing MIS reports and dashboards.

Document processes and support implementation of new workflows.

Maintain accuracy, organization, and confidentiality of data.

Education: Graduate in any discipline; BCA/BBA/B.Sc IT preferred.

Experience: Fresher to 2 years (training will be provided).

Strong analytical and numerical skills; enjoys working with data.

Curious and alert, with a mindset to explore processes and workflows.

Basic Excel / Google Sheets proficiency.

Good communication, coordination, and follow-up discipline.

Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy.
-
Based at Gundlav, Valsad, Gujarat.
-
6-day work week (Mon–Sat).
-
On-the-job training and exposure to multiple departments.
