Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Executive Director - Sales and Operations to drive business growth, lead high-value client engagements, and ensure operational excellence across all service verticals. This is a senior leadership role for a proven professional with expertise in security, defense, or corporate training sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales strategy, business development, and market expansion initiatives.
- Identify, pursue, and close high-value contracts with government, defence, and corporate clients.
- Oversee operational delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at senior levels.
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional sales and operations teams.
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and profitability to achieve growth targets.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 15+ years of proven leadership experience in sales and operations, ideally in security, defense, or corporate services.
- Strong track record of winning and delivering high-value projects.
- Familiarity with government tenders, defense contracting, and security industry standards is an advantage.
