The Position:

Key Responsibilities:

• Resource should be good at monitoring and reporting for all email send on a regular basis
• He/She should be working on day to day campaign set-up and scheduling based out of Marketo platform one trained on the platform
• Resource will be responsible for day to communication on deliverables to his immediate lead and counterparts
• Manage operations as per the given SLA
• Flexible to work on short-run schedules and extend support beyond regular work hours
• Handle tasks independently and take ownership of process after the training is completed

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PPT
• Good Communication Skills
• Fair knowledge of data and basic review of trends
• HTML knowledge will be an added advantage
