Job Description: 

• Export Executive serves as an intermediary between foreign buyers and domestic sellers. 
  
• As a intermediary, export executive plans and coordinates with the domestic and international shipment of goods.
  
• During the course of the day, they may  negotiate with a variety of people, such as shippers, agents and vendors, and are expected to have excellent customer service skills in dealing with customers and suppliers.
  

Job Responsibilities:-

• Sourcing, communicating and coordinating with Indian suppliers
  
• At times, visit local suppliers
  
• Preparation and despatch of export samples
  
• Managing files and documents at office
  
• Overseas Calls to Buyers
  
• Visiting Bank, Local Trade exhibitions
  
• Souring relevant B2B Portals on internet and uploading company products with Registration
  
• Understanding and initializing standard procedure require to get certificates for export
  
• Sourcing overseas client from B2B portals and initiating communication with them
  
• Maintaining various data required for daily basis
  
• Maintaining petty cash book and bank book regularly
  
• Making payments through cheque and cash
  
• Coordinating with bank for company related work
  
• Written communication with various government departments
  
• Company may assign adhoc tasks other than mentioned above.
