Executive – Health Claims
Purpose of Role: A medical claims processor validates the information on all medical claims from the customer seeking payment from Future Generali.
Location: Pune
Education: Medical Professional (BAMS/BHMS /BDS)
Work Experience: Minimum 1 years’ experience retail health UW or TPA
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for medical claims
- On time Claim process
- Coordination with internal & external stakeholders
- Quality assessment
- Claim adjudication
- Maintaining claim records
- Knowledge of claim process
Competencies:
- Health Insurance domain knowledge
- Basic skills in MS office
- Good computer skills
