Executive – HR & Admin:- 1 Post
Location : Chennai
Qualification : MBA in HR / MSW or equivalent degree required
Experience: 3 – 5 years (Preferably Construction industry)
Job Scope:
- Facilitate Induction & Orientation for new employee
- Identify the manpower requirements and maintain a healthy database, pipeline of potential hires and plan back to back hiring.
- Adhere to company’s HR policies & process.
- Handling monthly payroll and yearly forms for employees and Monthly / Weekly MIS to be sent to Head office
- Preparing the Performance Evaluation Report Analysis
- Should be able to handle Exit Formalities
- Should have hands on experience in maintaining statutory & labour compliance at site
- Admin support to Regional Office & Site Office including Company vehicle maintenance, travel, company guest house etc
