Executive Assistant : Job Description
- Working directly under Director
- Formulating policies & process for smooth functioning of organisation
- Coordinating with all department to get data from them
- MIS – Daily, Weekly & Monthly
- Identifying training needs in organisation
- Conducting weekly/monthly reviews with employees.
- Setting meeting of CEO & Capturing minutes of meetings.
- Setting up Sales Call.
- Employee Engagement
- Employee Monthly Reports & Increment process
- Recruitment Process
- Payroll Monthly Salary / Insurance / Leave records
- Designation:Executive HR Assistant (Female - Prefered) / Male
- EXPERIENCE:Minimum 3 - 5 years of HR Executive
- HR Background
- General Administration & Communication Skills
- Excellent listing & communication Skill
- People / Interpersonal Skill
- Organisation Skills
- Computer Skills
- System Co-ordinator
- Fluent in English / Hindi / Marathi Language.
- Office is located at Chinchwad, Pune (preferred candidate from PCMC Areas)
- Office Timing : 9.00 am to 6.00 pm | Weekly off on Sunday
- Salary for the post (CTC)
- Depending on expreince & talent of candidate.
- All interviews will be taken on every Monday (timing : 11am to 2 pm)
