Designation: Executive-HR
Experience: 1-3 years
Location: Bangalore (Whitefield)
Interview date and time : 4th April to 6th April 2018 at 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
• Hands on Experience in HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Employee Grievance Handling, Performance Management, Payroll, Leave and Timesheet management with an understanding of current employment regulations.
• Handle onboarding including pre and post joining formalities, induction or orientations, exit formalities, HRIS management, leave and timesheet management.
• Will be key part of the HR team and should be able to work across the business disciplines to influence required changes. Should coordinate, support and update business unit/ HR Team on all employee relations matters.
• Provide HR support to managers and employees on a wide range of Human Resource areas including training and development, employee engagement etc.
Essential Skills:
• Very good attitude with enthusiasm and willingness to learn and contribute more.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should have the intelligence and maturity to carry out varied tasks and responsibilities.
• Strong Time Management and Priority Management skills.
Other Requirements, if any:
• Should be able to join at the earliest.
• Preferably male candidate as the candidate would be required to support night shift employees.
• Candidate should be able to commute on their own, preferably residing nearby.
