Responsibilities:
- * Understanding manpower requisition from CEO/ HR Head
- * Sourcing and screening candidates via job portals and social media accounts to fill open positions
- * Arranging interviews and coordinating with functional heads
- * Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- * Conduct new employee orientations to ensure employees gain an understanding of policies and benefits
- * Conduct employee engagement activities as and when required
- * Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
- * Compile and update employee records
- * Effective written and verbal communication skills
- * Working knowledge of sourcing candidates via job portals and social media accounts
- * Ability to prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently and develop realistic action plans
- * Self Starter and highly passionate with a thirst for learning
