Job Description
Currently serving as thePrimary - Talent Acquisition Partnerfor theSupply
Chain and Manufacturing division, spearheading recruitment endeavors to
ensure a seamless and effective hiring process.
• Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, encompassing intake calls,
Campus hiring(ITI, GET,OMLP), screening and prospecting, qualification,
interviewing, and comprehensive candidate management throughout the
interview process. Skillfully identify top talent, facilitate compensation
negotiations, orchestrate the offer process, maintain candidate
engagement until onboarding, and consistently surpass expectations to
successfully fulfil open requisitions in collaboration with hiring managers
• Leveraging Workday as the primary Applicant Tracking System (ATS) while
focusingextensivelyonLinkedIn,Naukri,anddiverse referral channelsto source
top-tier candidates
• Striving to provide positive candidate experience while leveraging branding
efforts in the hiring process
• Promote awareness and educate stakeholders about market insights,
assessment guidelines, and hiring guidelines
• Effectively oversee operations to achieve the target average cycle time for
closures and fulfill diversity hiring requirements
• Navigating the recruitment landscape with a focus on hiring talents while
adhering to compliance guidelines, Service Level Agreements (SLA),
and strategic recruitment processes
• Received commendations and recognition from both stakeholders
