Job Title: HR Help Desk Executive
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Salary: â¹24,000 â â¹34,000 (Gross)
Experience: 0 â 2 Years
Qualification: Graduate / Any relevant degree
Job Description:
Employee queries handle karna (HR policies, attendance, leave, salary basics).
HR Help Desk tickets / emails / calls ka coordination.
Attendance & leave records maintain karna (HRMS support).
New joinees ke basic HR formalities mein support.
Employee documents collection & verification.
HR team ko daily operational support dena.
Employee data & records ka proper maintenance.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
Basic knowledge of HR processes.
MS Excel & MS Office ka basic knowledge.
Problem-solving attitude & coordination skills.
Freshers bhi apply kar sakte hain.
