Job Description

Follow an outlined script or a own script and promote our products via phone to interested consumers in a professional manner
Work with team members to facilitate calls, manage work flow and minimize hold times throughout the sales process.
Facilitate the entire sales process from the initiation of the original call through finalization of order for each customer
Dedicatedly follow up on leads that gets assigned to you and ensure every lead is either converted as an order or it becomes a new customer to follow up regularly and make them our customer in future
Create a set of customer base and maintain good relationship with those accounts to generate new opportunities.
Understand the products we handle and get familiar with each product’s function and purpose, so you can confidently sell / upsell to our Existing & New customers.
Maintain an organized workspace and properly file documents, updates, regarding Products Sold to customers so it is readily accessible for reference.
Listen attentively to customers and provide solutions that are knowledgeable and insightful to encourage other products sale.
Showcase the company’s strengths and highlight our brand by talking exclusively about the characteristics that make our organization unique.
Prepare necessary documents & Participate in weekly / monthly meetings to discuss benchmarks and personal / team goals for the upcoming week / month / Qtr.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
Age : 18 - 40 yrs
Any Diploma or Degree
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Superior listening skills
Good telephone & Email etiquettes
Ability to maintain an organized and professional workspace
Good usage of Basic Computer applications Viz . MS Word, Excel, PDF , Emails etc
