Job Description

  • We are now looking at sales wizards to join our journey in helping retailers across the world go online
What we need
  • Excellent English/Regional language communication skills (spoken)
  • Street smart and extrovert
  • Working Knowledge of computers and internet
  • Self driven, ambitious and a go-getter
  • Prior experience in selling SaaS, Internet products, apps, services to businesses is good to have
What do you need to do
  • Connect to merchants who sign up on the Shopnix platform over phone, chat, webinars and in person
  • Establish a relationship with them and helping them understand the value of going online
  • Help them pick a plan, subscribe to the platform and setup their online store
  • Be the single point of contact for all customer needs
  • Help the merchant be successful with his online store
