Job Role: Executive - Inside sales
Roles and Responsibilities
- Attend inbound sales calls and outbound sales calls to understand their requirements.
- Suggest the office space as per the customer needs
- Display excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Send presales and share the final proposal with the client post price negotiation.
- Make follow-up calls on a daily basis and update the discussion in the sales sheet.
- Take charge of offline and online marketing.
- Assist customers with site visits and get complete requirements.
- Scale relationship with both international and local property consultants to get leads
- Liaise with the design team to get a final approved floor plan and share it with the client.
- Must be willing to accept the other roles and responsibilities assigned related to sales.
Desired Candidate Profile
- We are looking for people who enjoy multitasking and are passionate to work in a start-up
- Should have good communication, coordination, and convincing skills
- Fluent in English is a must
- Preference to candidates who can speak - Kannada, Telugu, Hindi.
- Negotiation skills
- Presentation skills
- Can draft email with no scope for grammatical errors and selection of proper words.
- Passion for sales and want to pursue a further career in sales only.
