Candidate should deliver the Sales and Revenue numbers as per agreed business plans. Candidate should provide market research, competitor and customer data on a monthly basis to generate new leads. Initiate high volume daily lead follow-up, marketing emails and outbound cold calls to target/client prospects along with support outside sales/client service partners to develop and radiate in new prospective clients.
Job Responsibilities:
· Generate new Leads through social networks, online forums, discussion with offshore clients
· Understand client requirements and write proposals, RFP, RFI responses on our services for new clients and follow up through calls & emails
· Performing Cold calling to targeted sectors/clients for generating leads
· Have excellent communication skills and good knowledge of IT industry
· Collect database and make telephone calls to prospects and generate new revenue for the company
· Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
· Prepare Reports on market research and prospective ways for new sales
· Demonstrate a thorough understanding of clients requirements of products and services and act instantly on clients requirement to gain clients
· Maintain confidentiality about prospects and new leads as per company policy
· Act as a representative of the client and represent their interests at all times
· Set up, attend meetings and interact with new clients. Also develop excellent rapport with clients · Suggest innovative ways of bringing about excellent customer service for individual/all clients
