Job Description

  • We are pleased to inform you that we are now hiring Customer Associates  for our Chennai Team.
  • WE ARE IN NEED OF 40 CANDIDATES FOR CHENNAI (ON ROLL IFB INDUSTRIES LTD).
  • EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION – ANY U.G DEGREE  (MALE & FEMALE)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Inculcating complete product training and competitors product awareness.
  • Developing strong relationship with store managers for extended support to sell the IFB products in show room like Reliance Digital , Croma.
  • Increasing Counter share from the walk ins  to the respective counters representing IFB.
  • Conducting effective promotional activities in the counters
  • Aggressive follow ups on prospects.
  • Daily reporting to the respective TEAM LEADERS.
  • Achieving the targets assigned.
  • PACKAGE :CTC : 1.4 LAKHS to 1.8 LAKHS + INCENTIVES
  • Training  -21 days  OFF THE JOB TRAINING , 39  days ON THE JOB TRAINING.
  • OFF THE JOB TRAINING
  • CONVEYANCE AND FOOD WILL BE PROVIDED.
