Job Description

Requirements
5-7 Years working experience in B2B service or a relevant role.
Increase client satisfaction by solving their problems.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as appropriate actions are taken on customer requests
Good communication and documentation skills. Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues Self motivated and can operate independently and should be result driven.
