Job Description
We are looking for high performing and independent Customer Success Executives.
He / she will be responsible for all Sales activities from planning to closing and after-sales activities:
- Mapping potential customers, Lead Generation & Lead Management, sending emailers, data mining
- Providing weekly/monthly Sales reports
- Understanding Customer Requirements, Requirement Gathering
- Identify potential/emerging markets and market shift while being aware of new products and competition status
- Follow up and customer engagement via skype, email, telephone call and messaging
- Sales experience in similar industry (IT Software Services) is an advantage
- Excellent Communication Skills; English proficiency is a must
- Ability to present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good presentation skills
- Willing to travel / work on Holidays whenever required
- Excellent Leadership Skills
