Job Description
- Identifying and potential clients through available database, networking and cold-calling
- Obtaining information from the client about their business processes and developing relationship with them by adopting a consultative approach
- Migrating data from legacy systems to Google Apps including migration from IMAP, MS Exchange, Lotus Server and Hosted mail server
- Assisting sales team with client's technical queries
- Sending quotations and proposal to the prospective clients
- Delivering real time or online demonstrations
- Discuss client requirements with the internal development team, follow-up and keep the clients updated at various stages
- Updating the data sheet on a regular basis
- Responding to all client queries, pre and post sales, in timely manner
- Timely following up with the client and internal team
- Negotiating with the client and ensure a smooth closure
- Act as a SPOC for G-Suite for pre and post sales support
