Executive - Inside Sales Jobs Opening in Apex builders at New Sanganer Road, Jaipur
Job Description
Location is DCM, Nirman nagar. Vacancy is for 1 female & 1 male candidate in real estate. For female it will be calling from office only no field work. For male it is office and visit work. Candidate who is interested can call , hiring is on. We want serious candidate who want to work hard. We will provide salary plus incentive.

Key Responsibilities:
For Both Male & Female Candidates:

Make outbound calls to potential leads, follow up on inquiries, and pitch current real estate projects.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries through calls, emails, and online platforms.
-
Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate properties accordingly.
-
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all communication in CRM or spreadsheets.
-
Schedule property site visits with prospects (handled only by the male candidate).
-
Coordinate with the field sales and project teams to update client information and feedback.
-
Meet weekly/monthly lead conversion targets and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
-
Follow up with clients post-visit to push for conversion or provide additional details.

Support digital marketing campaigns by explaining promotional offers to clients over the phone.

Participate in team meetings, product briefings, and periodic training.
Additional Responsibilities – Male Candidate:
-
Attend scheduled site visits with clients and provide them with walkthroughs of the property/project.

Coordinate logistics for site visits including vehicle arrangement, documentation, and client convenience.
-
Work closely with on-site project managers and sales heads to ensure smooth handover of interested leads.
-
Represent the company at property expos or client-facing events when required.
