Job Description
Responsibilities:
Identifying prospects and pursuing new sales opportunities through outbound sales, telecalling, and networking.
Maintaining and organizing physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.
Communicating with relevant teams to clarify data inconsistencies and improve processes.
Verifying data accuracy, correcting errors, and identifying irregularities promptly.
Preparing and delivering presentations on products and services.
Generating reports and summaries to support internal decision-making.
Meeting or exceeding sales targets and building long-term customer relationships.
Handling customer complaints or objections and negotiating deals.
Participating in exhibitions or conferences on behalf of the company.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably product sales.
Education ranges from 10th pass to bachelor degrees in relevant fields.
Good command over English; communication skills and convincing ability are important.
Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven approach.
Work Details:
Location: Siliguri, West Bengal (office-based, not work from home).
Full-time position with incentives included.
Six working days with typical timing from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
The role may particularly focus on sales of industrial/manufacturing products like air curtains, insect killers, and PVC strip curtains, aligned with Chronovex's product portfolio.
