Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify potential customers through cold calling, inbound inquiries, online platforms, or databases.

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and digital channels.

Qualify leads based on needs, interest, budget, and decision-making ability.
2. Customer Communication & Engagement:
-
Initiate and manage daily outbound calls and emails to potential clients.

Understand customer requirements and pain points through active listening.

Clearly explain the company’s offerings, features, pricing, and benefits tailored to each customer.
3. Sales Conversion:
-
Convince prospects to take product demos, trials, or move to the next step in the buying journey.

Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to nurture them through the sales funnel.

Work with product or business teams to provide custom solutions when required.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs (calls, demos, closures, etc.).
4. CRM and Data Management:

Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, calls, conversations, and outcomes in CRM software.

Update the lead pipeline regularly and provide timely reports on progress and performance.

Ensure all client communication and information is well-documented and retrievable.
5. Collaboration:
-
Coordinate with marketing, pre-sales, and field sales teams for lead handover and closures.

Work closely with product and support teams to address client queries and ensure smooth onboarding.

Share client feedback and insights to improve product offerings or marketing strategies.
