Job Description
* Assisting customers to get the items in the store.
* Offer customers with proper information about the products what they are looking.
* Establish, develop and keep positive relationship with customers.
* Explain the quality and offers of our stores product very clearly.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Greeting & Needs Assessment:

Greet customers as they enter the store or contact the company.

Listen to customers to understand their specific needs, preferences, and requirements.

Provide personalized recommendations based on customer inquiries and product knowledge.
2. Product Assistance & Guidance:

Assist customers in finding the products they are looking for within the store or product catalog.

Answer customer queries regarding product availability, features, and specifications.

Direct customers to the appropriate section or department to ensure efficient product discovery.
3. Providing Product Information:

Offer detailed information about the products, including features, benefits, and pricing.

Explain product quality, usage, and special offers to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

Demonstrate the functionality and value of the product when needed, either in person or via calls.
4. Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships:

Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers through regular follow-up, exceptional service, and a friendly approach.

Engage customers in conversation to establish rapport and trust.

Address customer concerns or issues promptly and ensure their satisfaction.
5. Product Promotion & Offers:

Promote in-store offers, discounts, and special promotions to customers.

Clearly explain any ongoing offers, deals, or loyalty programs to enhance customer experience and increase sales.

Upsell or cross-sell products based on the customer's needs or preferences.
6. Sales Support:

Assist customers in completing the purchase process, including processing orders or guiding them on payment options.

Provide after-sales support, including handling returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.

Maintain a positive and friendly attitude to foster a welcoming store environment.
7. Customer Feedback:

Collect customer feedback on products, services, and store experience.

Share feedback with management to improve customer service and the overall sales process.
8. Inventory Knowledge:

Stay up-to-date with the store’s inventory, new arrivals, and product updates.

Help in managing inventory by keeping track of product availability and reporting any stockouts or low stock levels.
9. Administrative Tasks:

Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system or store database.

Ensure that customer details, sales data, and communication logs are updated properly.

Assist in sales reporting, tracking customer purchases, and meeting sales targets.
