Responsibilities:

Identify and convert new business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Drive sales for owned and traded spares, ensuring targets are met.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

List high-value equipment on e-marketing platforms on a weekly basis.

Track and analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams for smooth execution.

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in Business Development or B2B remote sales.

Strong relationship-building and deal-tracking skills.

Proven track record in sales growth and market expansion.

Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, Zoho, and ERP systems.
-
Experience in the marine sector will be an added advantage.
