Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Executive - Inside sales to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and generating sales through inbound and outbound communication methods including phone calls, emails, and online platforms.
As an Executive - Inside sales, your primary role will be to convert leads into customers, nurture client relationships, and support the overall sales pipeline by working closely with the marketing and field sales teams. You will act as the first point of contact for potential clients and play a critical role in growing the customer base and driving revenue.
- Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
- Office maintenance and taking care of visiting customer/bankers.
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Minimum Requirement:
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Problem-solving skills over the call
- High energy level
